Lisa Siganto


Lisa Siganto is currently a board director of QUT bluebox, and QLD College of Teachers. Ms Siganto has her own business, Shorebirds, which supports partnerships to create social impact. Her experience is across both corporate and non-government organisations in a range of roles including chair, director, CEO, project manager and consultant. As the QLD director of Social Ventures Australia she was responsible for connecting social investors and philanthropists to social ventures in QLD. Formerly, Lisa has been a partner in consulting at Deloitte and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Lisa has served on many corporate and not-for-profit boards since the mid-1990s. She has an MBA from Harvard University and an engineering degree from The University of Queensland.

Luke Terry

Social Entrepreneur in Residence

Luke Terry is the founder of several large-scale employment focused social enterprise projects including Vanguard Laundry Services, Ability Enterprises and Work Restart. Luke has a founding belief that all business can be used as a tool for social good and community transformation. Luke is a Westpac Social Change fellow and was awarded Australian Social Enterprise award accolades in 2015 & 2016.

Jemima Welsh


Jemima Welsh has experience working in Indigenous affairs, international relations and social impact consultancy across the non-profit, corporate diplomacy and for-purpose sectors. She has a Masters in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and a degree in International Relations from The University of Queensland.
