bluebox acts as the conduit of licensing and intellectual property matters relating to QUT researchers and industry partners, assisting with the negotiation of a variety of agreements including:
- Confidential disclosure agreements (CDAs)
- Material transfer agreements (MTAs)
- Licensing and option agreements (including evaluation licenses)
- Joint venture agreements
We also assist QUT staff and students to navigate the often misunderstood area of software licensing, including open source.
